Bio

Mary was the daughter of John Wesley and Rillia (Hollis) Birdsong. She married Ernie English Boatright in 1910 and they had four children: Floyd Alexander, Willie English, Ralph and Revis Seain. The Pulaski Citizen, Tennessee May 7, 1980 Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Lee Boatright, 88, a resident of Fairhaven Nursing Home, who died Tuesday, May 6 at Giles County Hospital, will be held Thursday (today) at 1:00 p.m. at Carr and Erwin Chapel by the Rev. Frank Rouse. Interment was in Lynnwood Cemetery, Lynnville. A Giles County native, Mrs. Boatright was the daughter of the late John Wesley and Rilla Hollis Birdsong and was the wife of the late Ernie English Boatright. Survivors include three sons, Floyd Boatright, Dean Boatright, and Ralph Boatright, Pulaski; a daughter, Mrs. Peggy Ingram, Pulaski; a brother, Alexander Birdsong, Tracey City; 15 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
