Bio

Funeral services were held at the First Methodist Church, St. Paul, Saturday afternoon for Einar L. Rasmussen, 57, a well-known Fairdale community farmer, who died Wednesday at the Howard County Hospital after a long illness. (Funeral details followed) He is survived by his wife, Marie; four sons, Ivan, John and Donald of St. Paul, and Stanley of Wanatchee, Washington; one daughter, Mrs. Marvin Schwenk of St. Libory; his mother, Mrs. P. H. Rasmussen of St. Paul; three borthers, Thorvald and Harold of St. Paul; and Elvin of San Gabriel, California; three sisters, Mrs. Albert Jensen and Mrs. Noble Larson of St. Paul and Mrs. John McInerney of Washington, D. C.; six grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, a brother and a sister.
