According to her death certificate (Fannin Co., #49539, www.familysearch.org, Mrs. Ruth NEWTON, informant), May was the daughter of L.B. [Leonideus Baxter] TEFTELLER and Betty [Clairrasu Elizabeth SUDDERTH LONDON. [She was also the widow of James SIKES.] She lived in Bonham at the time of her death.
