Vineta "Neet" Neel, 94, of the Tennessee Community, passed away Thursday, April 9, 2009 at Nacogdoches Medical Center. She was born October 19, 1914 in Timpson to Arthur M. Ramsey and Anna Woodfin Ramsey. Ms. Neel was a member of Tennessee Presbyterian Church. Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Friday, April 10th at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, April 11th at Tennessee Presbyterian Church with Rev. Don Gregory officiating. Interment will follow at Tennessee Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Neel Farris, Charles Neel, Anson Neel, Monty Neel, Phillip Crump and Tom Green. She is survived by: Son, Ben A. Neel & wife Barbara of Denton Daughter, Peggy Hancock & husband Gail of Stockman Grandchildren: Neel Farris, Charles Neel, Monty Neel, Anson Neel, Andrea Gilbert and Jan Neel Fourteen Great Grandchildren Preceded in death by: Husband, Dolphus Neel Sons, Charles Neel & Joe Neel Grandsons, Nicky Farris & Joe Allen Neel
