Sanger - Funeral services for Sammuel Emmett Enlow, 58, of Sanger, were held Saturday at Gribble Springs Baptist Church with the Rev. Jerry Jones and the Rev. Ralph Johnson officiating. Burial was at Gribble Springs Cemetery. Mr. Enlow died Thursday night at his home. He was born January 8, 1917 in Sanger. He married Mary Ethel George, May 19, 1946, in Tyler. He was a veteran of World War II having served in Normandy. Mr. Enlow was a member of Gribble Springs Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife; his mother, Bessie Enlow of Sanger; two daughters, Brenda Hart of Irving and Glenda Reed of Sanger; three sons, Emmett Lee Enlow of Seagoville, Samuel Dan Enlow and Mary Henry Enlow both of Sanger; one sister, Vera Bolton of Argyle; three brothers, Bill Enlow of Sanger, John D. Enlow and Marshall Enlow both of Fort Worth; and seven grandchildren. Pallbearers were Dan Sparkman, Dudley Sparkman, Clint Ashby, H. W. Thomas, Philo Luginbyhl and James Charles.
