Bio
Mrs. Evie Breeden, 64, of Haskell, who came to Odessa Friday to visit two sons, died early Saturday in Medical Center Hospital. Mrs. Breeden, who had a heart condition, was rushed to the hosptial late Friday after she became ill unexpectedly at the home of her sons, Olen Breeden and I. W. Breeden, at 507 West Maple. Funeral services will be at 4 p.m. Sunday at the first Baptist Church of Haskell. Burial will be in Rule Cemetery at Rule, Tex., under the direction of Chapel of the Roses Funeral Home. Mrs. Breeden was a retired practical nurse. Survivors include four sons, Olen Breeden and I. W. Breeden, both of Odessa, John Breeden of Copperas Cove and S. D. Breeden of Dallas; four daughters, Mrs. Leona Mannis Munday, Mrs. Mildred Kennemer of Haskell, Mrs. May Barrington and Mrs. Mattie Harrington, both of Throckmorton; 26 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
