He was 87, and died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Waldo E. Johnson, following a long illness. He lived with his daughter for four years, following the death of his wife in Dallas, Texas. He moved to Texas from Ohio with his family when he was five years old. He was survived by two sons, George Clark of Dallas and John of Los Angeles; two daughters, Mrs. Sallie Stewart of Irving, Texas and Mrs. Johnson of Globe; two sisters, Mrs. J.C. Studebaker of Muskogee, Okla. and Mrs. Sallie Burrows of Dallas; one brother, W.H. Clark of Miami; nine grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
