Marguerite Budler Funeral Services were held 10:30 A.M., Tuesday, June 9, 1992 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Aurora. Interment was held in the Aurora Catholic Cemetery. OBITUARY: Marguerite Budler Marguerite Louise Budler, the daughter of Peter and Frances (Wickless) Orendorff, was born at Marquette, Nebraska, on September 22, 1903, and died at Aurora, Nebraska, on June 5, 1992, at the age of 88 years, 8 months, and 13 days. She attended school and graduated from Marquette High School, and then attended York College for one year. On September 2, 1925, she was united in holy matrimony to Bernard M. Budler, at Aurora. He preceded her in death on May 8, 1970. After their marriage they farmed until moving into Aurora in 1953. Marguerite worked at Gambles, Anawalt & White, and the J.M. McDonald Stores in Aurora, and she retired in 1972. She moved to North Platte before moving to Lincoln in 1989. She had resided at the Bethesda Care Center in Aurora for the last 2 weeks. She was a long time member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Aurora, and belonged to the Altar Society. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Ben; 3 brothers, John, Leonard, and Clarence Orendorff; 3 sisters, Gertrude Herbig, Lydia Larson, and Frances Strotman, and one grandson. Those who remain to cherish her memory are one son, Jack of North Platte; 6 daughters, Marietta Callahan of Spearfish, South Dakota, Donnabelle Potter of Lincoln, Melania Thomson of Central City, Benilda Hartzell of Aurora, Ramona Roberts of Malcomb, and Bonita Zorn of Grand Island; one sister Agatha Orendorff of Aurora; 21 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
