Children of Henrietta Uptmor and Raymond Shelton are: Gerald Shelton **************** Teutopolis Press – March 22, 1917 Miss Uptmor Married Word has been received here of the marriage on Feb. 14th of Miss Henrietta Uptmor, daughter of Mr and Mrs. J. H. Uptmor at Oklahoma City. The groom was Raymond Shelton. The ceremony was performed by Rev. J. F. McGuire at Capitol Hill in the presence of a large number of friends. Miss Louise Althoff of Teutopolis, was the bridesmaid, and the bride's brother, Harry, acted as groomsman. Grace and Helen Dryer were the flower girls, and little Adeline Uptmor was the ring bearer, which was concealed in a white satin rose. The bride is well known here, having grown up here. She left for Oklahoma City to enter Business College and has been employed by Morris & Co. there for some time as a stenographer. The groom is employed as a stock clerk. A reception was held in the evening at the home of the bride's parents to which a large number were invited.
