Mrs. Sadie Stewart, age 85, born in Latham, AL and a resident of the Rabun community of Bay Minette, died Tuesday, March 10, 2009 at her residence. She was a homemaker. She is survived by: 3 sons: Burk Stewart, Rabun Jerry Stewart, Rabun Rocky Stewart, Rabun 8 daughters: Betty Allen, Perdido Barbara Hadley, Pine Grove Marilyn Anderson, St. Petersburg, FL Sherry J. Ryan, Pine Grove Joal Linette Thomas, Atmore Margie Doyle, Crossroads Janice Sims, Rabun Shelia Foster, Rabun 33 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren She was preceded in death by: Her son: Billy B. Stewart Her husband: Woodrow Stewart The funeral service will be held Thursday, March 12, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. at New Providence Baptist Church with Reverend Ron McGhee officiating. Burial will follow at Dean Cemetery. The wake will be Tuesday, March 11, 2009 from 6:00 p.m. until service time at New Providence Baptist Church.
