FRANK MILES , 89, of Memphis, vice president of labor relations for Cook Industries, died Saturday at his home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Louis Catholic Church, where he was a communicant, with entombment in Memorial Park Mausoleum. Memorial Park Funeral Home has charge. He was a member of Knights of Columbus. Mr. Miles , the husband of Adrien Miles , also leaves three daughters, Patricia Miles of Oakland, Calif., Celia Lennon of Nashville and Sharon Tatman of Reston, Va.; two sons, Thomas Miles of Memphis and Michael Miles of Richmond, Va.; three stepdaughters, Patricia Kramer of Clear Lake, Wis., Mary Elizabeth Maynard of Monument, Colo., and Jeanne James of Knoxville; two stepsons, John Riggins of Hearst, Texas, and Michael Riggins of Memphis; a sister, Rose Redinger of Omaha, and 17 grandchildren.
