RULE, July 7 (RNS)--Funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at the First Christian Church here for Millard C. Dyer Sr., 73, resident of Rule for the past 48 years, who died Tuesday at the Haskell Hospital. Howard Anderson, minister, will officiate. Burial will be at the Rule Cemetery with the Gauntt Funeral Home in charge. Mr. Dyer was born Sept. 17, 1881, and moved to Rule in 1907 where he worked as a jeweler. Surviving are his wife; two sons, Millard C. Dyer Jr. of Fort Worth and John R. Dyer, coach at Stamford schools; three daughters, Mrs. William V. Gray of Surland, Calif., Mrs. Odell Miller of Dallas, and Mrs. Emmett Offiel of Carthage, Mo., and six grandchildren.
