Blum of Memphis, and Mrs. H.F. Blum of Harbor City Calif., formerly of Memphis, was fatally injured in an automobile crash Sunday, August 16, and died the following Wednesday, according to word reaching here. She sustained a broken neck when the car in which she was riding collided head-on with another machine, it was said. Miss Blum, a senior in high school had resided with her mother in California for several years. Funeral services were conducted Sunday, August 23, at Harbor City.
