Funeral services for Mr. J.D. White, 77, of Pickering, were held Wednesday, August 3, 2005, at 10 a.m. in Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in DeRidder, the Revs. E.J. Bradshaw and E.J. Dantin officiated. Burial followed in Providence Cemetery in Rosepine, under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home in DeRidder. Mr. White passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2005, at his residence in Pickering. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Sue White.
