Rena Balcom Services for Mrs. Rena May Balcom of Portland were held at Berg's St. Johns Funeral Home in Portland, Mon., Sept. 8, with interment in Fern Prairie Cemetery. Pastor Arnold M. Olson of Bethel Baptist Church officiated. Mrs. Balcom, born in 1885, was the mother of Mrs. Etta Nickel and Mrs. Rose May Schaffer of Washougal, Mrs. Mary Stockman of Grand Island, Nev., Cecil DeMary of Sandy, Ore., and James DeMary and Jesse DeMary of Washougal.
