Bio
William H. Wiseman was born May 20, 1853 and departed this life at his home near beechwood June 1st at the age of 65 years and 11 days. He was united in marriage to Mary P Morgan May 21, 1879. To them were born 11 children, two of them, Maggie Armenta, died in infancy, Jacob N died Oct 3, 1912. He united with the Christian church April 1892. He had been in poor health the past five months and it had been generally known that his disease was incurrable. He bore his suffering patiently and seldom complaint. He is survived by his widow and nine children, Mary, Sallie, Ada, William H. and John L of Beechwood; Mrs O.M. Smith(Nellie), of Indianapolis, Mrs E.E. Murphy(Julia), of Stewartville; Mrs William O'Connell(Emma), of Ohio, and Hobart, who was called to military services May 23, 1918, and a host of relatives and friends. Funeral services were conducted from his home Sunday afternoon by Rev George Dalrymple and interment was made in the Wiseman cemetery.
