Wife of Robert Lee Luther Sr.; Daughter of Frank William Richards & Minnie Mary (Collins) Richards Dora Ellen (Richards) Luther Aug 27, 1906 - Nov 4, 1999 Dora Luther Dora Ellen Richards Luther, 93, of Barry passed away Thursday, Nov. 4, 1999, at Twilight Nursing Home. Services will be 2 p.m. today at Griffin-Roughton Chapel, with Brother Bill Honea and Brother Britt Young officiating. Interment will follow at Pattison Cemetery at Emhouse. Pallbearers will be nephews, Derwood Richards, Buddy Richards, Billy Richards, James Richards, Peb Richards, Wayne Richards and Larry Fuller. Mrs. Luther was born Aug. 27, 1906 in Emhouse. She was a member of Barry Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father, Frank Richards; mother, Minnie Richards; husband, Robert L. Luther Sr.; and sister, Marie Brown. Mrs. Luther is survived by her sons, James L. Luther and Robert Luther Jr., both of Corsicana, and Samuel F. Luther of Finksburg, Md.; daughters, Mary Lambrecht of Barry and Betty Morris of Edgewood; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; brothers, W.J. Richards of Blooming Grove, and E.H. Richards, B.A. Richards, Clyde Richards and Dorsey D. Richards, all of Corsicana; sister, Dorothy Fuller of Mabank; other relatives and many friends and neighbors.
