husband of Neva ---------------- Find A Grave contributor Franklin Shemek contributed on 20160621: Nance County Journal - December 5, 1963 ELMER JACKSON DIES Elmer Jackson, 69, of Council Bluffs, Iowa, died Tuesday at a hospital there. A former Fullerton resident, he had been seriously ill with a heart condition for six months. He is survived by his wife, the former Neva Richards; three children, Ronald Jackson of Los Angeles, California; and Donn Jackson and Mrs. Milo (LaVonne) Hiserman of Council Bluffs, Iowa; three grandchildren; a brother, Albert Jackson of Council Bluffs, Iowa, and a sister at Gothenburg. He was a brother-in-law of Mrs. Leonard F. Knowles of Fullerton. Funeral and burial services will be held at Council Bluffs on Thursday afternoon of this week. Mr. and Mrs. Knowles and RIchard Knowles will attend the services.
