John C. Brown was a confederate soldier in the Civil War. He enlisted 24 March 1863 in Little Rock, in Co. F, 4th Regiment AR Cavalry as a private. Fold3: M399, Roll 034. Service record states: 28 years old, height 5 ft. 10 in.; complexion dark; eyes blue; hair dark. Born Carroll, MS. Occupation: Farming.
