Mrs. Mary Ann Bridges Funeral services for Mrs. May Ann Bridges, 83, were conducted Saturday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Merry Oaks Church with the Rev. Elmer Pursley officiating. Interment was in the Walnut Hill cemetery. Mrs. Bridges died Thursday at 12:30 p. m. at her home on Park City, route 1. Born in Barren County June 2, 1868 [sic], Mrs. Bridges was a daughter of the late Christopher B. and Mary E. Tolle Snoddy. Mrs. Bridges was the widow of C. M. Bridges, who died in 1943. She was a member of the Shiloh Baptist Church. Surviving are two sons, W. C. Bridges, Park City, and E. T. Bridges, Fort Knox; one daughter, Mrs. Stella Neville, Smiths Grove; one sister, Mrs. A. G. Totty, Smiths Grove; three brothers, T. H. Snoddy, Park City, route 1, H. M. Snoddy, Smiths Grove, and R. S. Snoddy, Bowling Green.
