Bio

Thomas S. McNulty was born in Iowa, the son of James C. and Sarah Ellen Worthen McNulty. (James C. McNulty was one of the McNulty brothers who settled Stockton. James later returned to Washington Kansas.) Thomas married Catherine Behan who was a sister of Margaret (Mrs. Frank) McNulty. His full inscription was not put on the marble headstone for his wife Catherine and son William James (Jimmy) McNulty. All that appears to remain is a small marble marker with the initials TM. Thomas and Catherine (Tommy & Kate)left Stockton and moved to Alva Oklahoma in May 1889. Thomas later moved to Henryetta OK where he died in 1935. The Smith Funeral home records the cause of death as influenza and his occupation as farmer.
