Bio

Mrs. Arlie Adams, aged 86, of Walnut Ridge, died Saturday in Lawrence Memorial Hospital. Born near Lynn, Mrs. Adams moved to Hoxie in 1964 and then to Walnut Ridge four years ago. She was a member of the Baptist Church. Survivors include four sons, Lloyd Adams, Smithville, John Adams, Comanche, Oklahoma, Dale Adams, Hoxie and Hubert Adams, Memphis, Tennessee, several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Graveside service and burial were Tuesday morning at 10:00 at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, near Lynn, under direction of Bryan Funeral Home. Pallbearers were Mickey Finley, Dicky Burnside, Dale Morgan, David Taylor, Rickie Marlin and Ray Church.
