REGAN: Sept 12 (spt) Mrs Mary Johnson who was a resident of Falls County for over thirty years, died in the home of her son, D.J. Johnson of near Regan Thursday at 12:50 o'clock Burial was at 4:00 o'clock Friday in Park Lawn beside her husband.. She was born in 1843 and came to Texas after she was married to W.L. Johnson. Most of her children were at her bed side at the time of her death.. She was the mother of seven children five of whom servive her. They are one daughter, Mrs Idea Higgenbothem, Chilton; Henry Johnson Waco, Newton Johnson, Oil City La., J.J. Johnson Dallas and D.J. Johnson, Regan. She is also survived by 11 granddaughters and 11 grandsons. The grandaughtersare Mrs Ludie Farney, Chilton; Mrs O.E. Mehnert Jr. Waco, Burtie . Mae, Ruby, Oma, Lillian, and Joy Johnson of Regan, Wilma, Dorthy and Mary Bell Johnson of Louisiana and Agnes Higgenbothem of Chilton. The grandsons: Billy T. and Westly Hardy of Lubbock: Rufus, William B. and Edward Lee Johnson of Dallas, Johnnie Johnson O.R. and Everett E. Johnson, Waco, D.J. Johnson Jr, Regan.. Her great grandchildren are Eugine and Till Hardy Jr, Benjiman Johnson and Clarence Farney II; Five great granddaughters are Ina Lee Hardy, Naldice, Patricia Rose, Namay Joy And Charleen Johnson..
