Bio
Lee John Meisetschlaeger was the son of Frank and Hermina (Minnie) Boehm Meisetschlaeger. He was one of eleven childen - including Frank, Jr, Minnie, Alvin, Oscar (Jack), Elo, George, Eugene (Gene), Viola (Ollie), Meta and Stella. Lee was survived by his wife Ruth and a step-son Joseph Schultz. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, brothers George and Jack and sisters Ollie and Stella. After serving in the US ARMY Air Force during World War II Lee worked at the Falstaff Brewery in Galveston, for Zap-Tex, Inc. in Houston (his nephew Ray Zapalac's company) and at Borden's Chemical Company. He was a life member of the Knights of Columbus and a member of the Queen of Peace Catholic Church.
