Bio

Elizabeth is the daughter of James and Lydia Spangler Kepler. She married Andrew Jackson Hampton on Oct. 2, 1862, in Moultrie County, IL. He died in 1866. They had a son Andrew Hampton. She married Isaac Monroe on Nov. 11, 1869, in Moultrie County, IL. He died in 1871. She married Squire Woodruff on Oct. 29, 1873, in Moultrie County, IL. Their children: Mrs. Helen Davis, Mrs. Margaret A. Bland and Edith D. Woodruff.
