CHILDRESS - Billie Jeanette Rowley, 79, died Friday, Nov. 28, 2008. Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday in Johnson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Chad King officiating. Burial will be in Kirkland Cemetery in Kirkland. Billie was born April 18, 1929, in Kirkland to Davis W. and Myra Meece Vaughn. Survivors include three daughters, Jean Rowley Oliver, Carole Rowley Ruthardt and Susie Rowley; a son, George Rowley; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
