CHILDRESS - Louis Kasparek, 89, died Sunday, Nov. 30, 2008. Graveside services will be at 2:30 p.m. today in Childress Cemtery with the Rev. Paul Neuberger officiating. Arrangements are by Johnson Funeral Home. Louis was born Feb. 14, 1919, in Seymour to Joseph and Josephine Hostas Kasparek. He married Dolores Jelsma, his wife of 57 years, on Sept. 8, 1951, in Seymour. Survivors include his wife; two sons, Michael Kasparek of Vernon and Lester Kasparek of Bonham; two daughters, Peggy Jones of Vernon and Barbie Reid Childress; two sisters, Josie Griffin of Plainview and Jerry Peters of Austin; three brothers, Edward Kasparek of Mansfield, Ohio, Julius Kasparek of Snyder and Jay Kasparek of Odessa; and five grandchildren.
