Mrs. Grace E. Cardwell, 62, of W. Maxwell St., died Friday morning In local hospital. Mrs. Cardwell was native and life long resident of Escambia County and was a member of the Baptist Church. Survivors Include her widower, H. B. Cardwell of Pensacola; one daughter, Mrs. Carolyn Flowers of Pensacola; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Betty Lou Pippins of Molino; one son, Charles T. Lord of Pensacola; three sisters, Mrs. Rachel Nix, Mrs. Eula Barnes and Mrs. Jeanette Caudill, all of Pensacola; two brothers, John Byrd of Cottage Hill and Will Byrd of Beulah; 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
