Bio

Jesse Lank was born in Tennessee to Jesse H and Sarah Woody Brooks Griffin. He married a Sarah Holmes. They had 8 Children. Marshall Mountain Wave - Oct 10, 1903 Uncle Larlin Griffin, a well known and respected citizen of Leslie, died Saturday night the 3rd inst. Uncle Larkin was always kind and had a good word for all. We are sorry, indeed, that such a good man should be taken from us, but we can console ourselves, with the thought that our loss is Heaven's gain. He was buried in the Leslie Cemetery, Monday, with Masonic honors.
