Carrie Edna Whimpey was born 6 May 1893 in Cleveland, Utah the daughter of Lewis & Alice Carry Parks Whimpey. She married Raymond Edgar Cowley 21 Dec 1915 in St. George, Utah, later divorced. Married to Raymond Caowley Dec. 21, 1915, Cleveland; divorced. Caseworker, Utah State Welfare Department, Carbon and Emery counties. Active, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Survivors: sister, Mrs. Ruth Alice Moran, Long Beach, Calif. Funeral Saturday, 2:30 p.m., Cleveland LDS Ward Chapel. Friends call Fausett FUneral Home, Castle Dale, Friday, 8-9 p.m., ward chapel Saturday after 1 p.m. Burial, Cleveland City Cemetery.
