Obituary from: The Austin American, Austin, Texas, 9 Aug 1947, Sat Page 1 Wellington, Gas., Aug 8-(AP) Death halted the San Francisco trip of M.A. Crockett, 75-years-old resident of Sanfer, Texas, Friday. Crockett died on a Santa Fe train just before it reached here. Crockett was accompanied by his wife and his daughter, Dixie Crockett. Son of Harrison Bruce Crockett and Arnessa Catherine Ely.
