Bio

William E. B. Horton was born in Tennessee, but researchers dispute whether he was born in 1854 or 1856. He was the son Simeon W. and Martha Jane (Bowling) Horton. They were the parents of: Oscar, Hollis, Gordon, Oda, Cora and Ora.
