Bio

"Rusty", of Powell Town, passed away at his residence. A life long resident of Powell Town, he liked to hunt and fish. Survivors include his wife, of fifty five years, Mildred Eddins; two sons, Billy Dewayne Eddins and Derrell Eddins; sister Ann Hougesen; seven grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren. He was predeceased by a granddaughter Sharie Eddins .
