Bio

Daughter of Horace Wilbur Stafford and his wife Myra Olinda Eggleston. Estella married Charles Marion Tarr on 14 November 1900 in Monticello, Lewis County, Missouri. They were the parents of 9 children: the first born in Canton, Lewis county, Missouri; their second in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; third and fourth in Burlington, Iowa; fifth in Stronghurst, Illinois; and the remainder in Warren county, Illinois. After Estella's death, Charles married Ruby E. Alton, widow of John Talley. He died in Texas, and was buried there in an unidentified cemetery.
