Geneva "Genny" Lamke,age 82,of Temperance,Mich.,formerly of Monroe County died Aug.29,2008. Born in Monroe County,she was a daugher of Edgar and Flora Witty and the wife of Orvin Lamke,who survives. They had been married for 44 years. She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law,Daniel and Gladys Whitman,Toledo, and David and Carmen Whitman,Elkhart, Ind.; a daughter, Sandra Caswell, Ludington, Mich.;nine grandchildren,17 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews,and cousins. Two brothers and three sisters preceded her in death.Burial was at the Toledo Memorial Park in Sylvania, Ohio.
