Bio

Bennie H. Dworacek was born in Texas in 1915, the son of Henry and Lena Dworacek . He was the brother of Olga Novotny of Abbott, Texas; Helen Polosek, West, Texas; and Ella and Edwin D. Dworacek, who preceded him in death. He married Cleo Peterson May 23, 1939, in West, McLennan County, Texas. They had two children: Sharon Vochoska and Edwin Dworacek. Bennie died December 5, 1987 in Houston, Texas. At the time of his death, he had been an Alvin, Texas resident for the past 17 years. He was a member of the Catholic faith and retired from Ironworkers Local 84 in Houston, Texas. He was an avid duck hunter and fisherman.
