Bio
Beulah Eizabeth Lively, 95, passed away peacefully Monday, Aug. 18, 2008, at a care facility where she had resided for three years. Service: 1 p.m. Thursday in Arlington Funeral Home Chapel. Interment: Moore Memorial Gardens, Arlington. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Arlington Funeral Home. Beulah was born April 10, 1913, in Grapeland to Chuck and Carrie Skidmore. She grew up in Grapeland and graduated from Tyler High School in 1932. She married J.C. Lively on June 19, 1932. They were married 60 years until his death in 1992 and had four sons. They were faithful members of First Baptist Church, Arlington, for 54 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, J.C. Lively; one son, Bill Lively; one grandson, Nathan Lively; one granddaughter, Kristi Lively Alexander; and eight brothers and sisters. Survivors: Sons, Bob Lively and wife, Shirley, Gerald Lively and wife, Peggy, and Larry Lively and wife, Sharron; daughter-in-law, Jessie Webb; 15 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Robbie Bynum of McKinney and Evelyn Grace of California.
