Norman "Norm" Sell, 90, passed on October 9, 2025, at his home in Denton, NE. Norm was born to Mary Margaret (Papeirnik) Sell and Zera "Z.A" Sell in Arcadia, Neb. He was the fifth born out of six children. He graduated from Arcadia High School and went to Milford for Diesel Mechanics. He married his wife of 69 years, Juanita "Joyce" (Spencer) Sell in 1956. In 1958, Norm started a service station business, Norm's Car Care and later built a parts store, A Street Auto Parts, both located on 40th & A Streets in Lincoln, Neb. Norm was an avid outdoorsman. He grew up hunting, fishing and shared that love with his family, along with water skiing, snow skiing, snowmobiling, sledding and even ice skating. He spent 33 years enjoying his cabin on the Missouri River near the Fort Randall Dam. Norm & Joyce were member of the Model-T club in Lincoln touring their two T's in many states and hosting a model-T trip in Arcadia. Norm attained his pilot's license and had a love helping and teaching people how to drive Model T's and taking youth up in his plane to try to spark interest in them for flying. Norm was preceded in death by: his mother, Mary; father, Zera. Sisters: Doris Pester and Floss Guggenmos; Brothers: Allen Sell and Melvin Sell. sister-in-law: Fern Sell; Niece, Nanette Guggenmos; Nephew, Bill Sell. He is survived by his wife, Joyce; daughter, Linda (Tom) Holz; sons, Dennis (Stacy) Sell, Randy (Pam) Sell; brother, Marlin (Marjo) Sell of Arcadia; sister-in-law, Mimi Sell (Bellevue); step-brother, Brad (Caroline) Sell and step-sister Lynn Cusimano of Arcadia. Grandchildren, Ryan Holz, Nicole Walsh, Nathan Holz, Tyler Sell, Kendra Smith and Kelsey Jara; step-granddaughters, Nikki Davison and Kaitlin Kreifels, along with their families, Elizabeth, Ben, Beth and Rylie, Nancy, Kiley and Jordan, Mark, Teagyn and Tatym, Tom, Rye & Rudy, Seth, Brooks and Sutton and Mitch. Nieces and nephews: Diane and Karen, David and Greg, Dan and Beth, Jolene, Brent and Sara.
