Clarion News Wed, May 15, 1996-Page 6 James Obenchain James N. Obenchain, 70, Central, died Saturday at Jewish Hospital in Louisville. He was a native of Glover, N.D., born Feb. 13, 1926, the son of the late - John H. and Rosa Nelson Obenchain. He was a retired warehouse manager for Alpine Steel Distributors of Houston, an Army veteran of World War II and a member of VFW Post 2950 and a Methodist. Survivors include his wife, the former Jo Haddox; a stepson, Michael Hutchinson of English; and six grandchildren. Visitation will be today (Wednesday) after 6:30p.m. at Bethel United Methodist Church in Central. A memorial service will be today at 7 p.m. at the church. The Rev. Tim Safely will officiate. Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
