Bio
Carol Senter Kmiec, born March 31, 1965, passed away peacefully on September 13, 2025, surrounded by love and grace. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert M. Senter III and Dr. Joy McKenzie. She is survived by her siblings, Sheree Sanders, Stephen Senter and wife Susan, and Aven Senter and wife Adriana. Carol also leaves behind her beloved nieces and nephews, Shelby, Jackson, Caroline, Clayton, Pearl, Alex, Bella and Roman, as well as her great-niece, Savannah. Carol was a proud graduate of Stephen F. Austin University and dedicated many years of her professional life to the home mortgage and title industry, spending the last 20 years with Polunsky Beitel Green LLP, where she was loved, respected and supported by her colleagues. Known for her warmth and kindness, Carol built a wide circle of friends, neighbors, and co-workers who cherished her kindness, generosity of spirit and steady compassion. "He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death, or mourning, or crying, or pain, for the old order of things has passed away." — Revelation 21:4 The family wishes to extend heartfelt gratitude to Carol's dear friend, Leann Skaggs, for her great friendship, love, and the exceptional care she provided throughout Carol's illness. A celebration of Carol's life will be held at 2pm on Sunday, October 19th at Porter Loring Funeral Home, located at 2102 N Loop 1604 E, San Antonio, TX 78232.
