Son of J. John & Frances (Hajek) Hubl. Married to Randi Paulshus on 8-26-1948 at Superior, NE. WW II - US Army - 8-1-1941/12-8-1945. He was appointed the Webster County Veteran's Service Officer, and held that position from August 1966 until April 30, 1999. Survived by his wife, Randi Hubl; his children, Rita A. Parris, Lincoln; Sonja K. Thompson, McKinney, Texas; Alois John Hubl and wife, Patricia, Overland Park, Kan.; Michael P. Hubl, Scottsdale, Ariz.; and Erik J. Hubl and wife, Tammy, Lincoln; 14 grandchildren and six great grandchildren: Dawn Parris and children Derek, Nicolette and Jordan Pond; Michelle Parris; Jennifer Thompson, Amanda Thompson; Jessica Moyer and husband, Andy, and son, Bryce; Jacqueline Hubl; Corrina Hubl; Jeri Jo Badilla and children, Adam and Jessica; Erik John Hubl; Mallory Hubl; Caelum Hubl; Lyra Hubl; Corvus Diaz and Orion Diaz; sister, Rose Janda; and brothers, Charles Hubl and wife, Frances; Bill Hubl and wife, Patricia; and John Hubl and wife, Eileen, all of Lawrence, Neb.; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Preceding him in death were his parents; and a brother-in-law, John Janda.
