Harold Dean Bowling November 10, 1939 - September 11, 2025 At the age of 85, Harold, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend passed away on Thursday, September 11th, 2025. He was born on November 10th, 1939, in Bruce, Mississippi and resided in Southaven, Mississippi. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Eva, his daughter, Kathleen, his granddaughter, Miranda (husband Morgan) as well as his great granddaughter, Sophia. He was a proud lifetime member of Teamsters Local 667 in Memphis, Tennessee, dedicating his career to hard work and the camaraderie of his fellow union members, many of whom affectionately knew him by his handle, "Tic Toc." He enjoyed the simpler things in life, like relaxing in his lazy boy recliner in his living room. Harold's love for animals was evident in every corner of his life. He was a life long dog lover and cherished the simple pleasure of watching the squirrels and deer that visited his backyard with his wife, Eva. His pond was a favorite place, where he enjoyed feeding the fish and finding peace in the quiet of nature. He was also known for his sharp mind and the ability to fix just about anything. Harold was the type of person who would give the shirt off of his back to someone if they needed it. He was the person you could always count on and would show up no matter what. He also never met a stranger. Anytime you saw Harold, you were welcomed by his smile and warm embrace, but his true passion was his family. Nothing brought him more happiness than being surrounded by his loved ones. He leaves behind a legacy of love, devotion, and cherished memories that will never fade.
