Bio
Karel (Charles) Genzer was born in house number 76, Frenstat, Moravia. He married Zofie (Sophia) Hradecny on 5 February 1884 in Hostyn, Texas. His parents were Frantisek and Mazema Zidek Genzer. His father died in Moravia. Karel came with his widowed mother and siblings to Ammannsville, Texas in the late 1800's. His son, Otmarv is my paternal grandfather. Karel's mother, Mazema left Ammannsville with some of her grown children to Mishak, Oklahoma. Mazema died in 1901 and is buried in the Fairlawn Cemetery, Oklahoma City, OK.
