Bio
Judy Ann (Roschynialski) Mingus passed from our lives on August 11, 2025 after living and wearing out her body for more than 85 years. Judy was born in rural Sherman County, Nebraska on May 22, 1940. Graduated in 1957 from Senior High in Grand Island. She married Ralph D. Mingus on April 23, 1959. Their marriage started in the Cotesfield, Nebraska area and then moved to the Dannebrog farm where they resided, nurtured their children and supported their community. The village of family sharing her memories are her husband, Ralph Mingus; CHILDREN: Ruth(Tom) Jamieson, Sally Mingus (Wayne Wall), Roy (Lori) Mingus, and Chris (Bill) Adam; GRANDCHILDREN: Stacey Jamieson, Stephanie Jamieson, Courtney Patterson, Angela (Matt) Wheeler, Brie (Ian) Simmons, Saxon (Gabby) Mingus, Aidan Mingus, Rhogan Mingus, Sarah, Adam and Jamie Adam; GREAT GRANDCHILDREN: Travis, Trent, Teagan, Alivia, Owen, Nessie, and twins due in January; along with many nieces and nephews that are like grandchildren; SISTERS: Gloria (Fred) Otradovsky and Susan Baille; and BROTHER-IN-LAW: Chuck Aubushon. The village of family greeting her will be her parents Stanley and Elizabeth (Barent) Roschynialski; her in-laws,Wallace and Anna (Nielsen) Mingus; sister, Dorothy Aubushon and many in-laws. Judy's heart was donated for cardiac disease research. Visitation will be held from 5-7 P.M. on Friday, September 5, 2025, at Jacobsen-Greenway-Dietz Fuineral Home, 411 "O" Street, St. Paul, Nebraska. A Celebration of Judy's life will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at Jacobsen-Greenway-Dietz Fuineral Home, 411 "O" Street, St. Paul, Nebraska.
