Bio

Katherine and Jordan Boehm immigrated to the United states - arriving in New york on the steamship Werra on September 15, 1883 and then travelling to Texas. They had 10 children - Mary (died at early age), Frank, Adolph, Ann, Mary, Joseph, Elnora, Hermina, Louis P. and Emma. Jordan and Katherine Boehm were my husband's great-grandparents - his grandmother was Hermina Boehm Meisetschlaeger. NOTE: A change has been made for her birth date - a news article states the number of years, months, days old she was on date of death. A calculation was made and it was determined that the date of Jan 11, 1852 was more likely to be her birth date.
