Bio
Hank Edward Wetzel of Hermiston was born July 23, 1972 in Aurora, Nebraska the son of Jack and Paula (Wendt) Wetzel. He passed away in Hermiston on Tuesday December 24, 2024 at the age of 52 years. Hank moved to Boardman, Oregon with his family in the mid 1970's. He attended A.C. Houghton Elementary school, Irrigon Jr. High School and Riverside High School. He worked as a laborer in agriculture for many years in Eastern Oregon. Hank enjoyed going fishing and collected Wolf art. He is survived by a daughter, Erika Wetzel; father, Jack Wetzel; three sisters, Phyllis Town, Pam Moser and Trish Davis; longtime companion, Marlene Conner; and many extended family members. Services will be announced at a later time. Burns Mortuary of Hermiston is in care of arrangements.
