Louis was the baby boy of Richard and Cynthia Bevill Tallant. He was survived by his parents and two brothers., James William and Thomas Jefferson.His grandparents , Mitalda Mitchell Tallant and James W. Bevill. He was preceded in death by grandparents; James Tallant and Elizabeth Pettit Bevill.
