David Skrivanek passed away peacefully on April 22 in the arms of his longtime companion and lover, Dennis "Buzz'" Hoff in their home in St. Louis, Mo. Beside Buzz, he is survived by his sister, Judy, of Arlington, Texas. David had waged his valiant struggle with AIDS since Oct., 1984 and had been employed as a flight attendant for TWA since 1978. He was 37 years old. He will be remembered by many in the early '70s as "Erron" of Colt Magazine fame and resided in San Francisco in 1973. His many friends in the Bay Area as well as Los Angeles and New York City (where he subsequently lived) will miss his warmth of spirit, generosity and kind, loving heart.
