GILMER - Graveside services for Minnie M. Killian Smith, 90, of Forney, Texas, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 12, 2008, at Paron Cemetery, in Wood County, Texas, with Roland Ouellette officiating. Mrs. Smith passed away on Wednesday, July 9, 2008, in Irving, Texas. She was born October 25, 1917, in Wood County, Texas, to William Thomas and Leva Mae Tucker Killian. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elbert L. Smith. Mrs. Smith is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Elton L. and Nell Smith of Mesquite, and Charles W. Smith of Rowlett; sisters, Vera West, Winnie Faye McAlister, Lela Johnson, Doris Melton and Elline Marsh; grandchildren, Stephen Smith and Charlotte Mendoza; and great-grandchildren, Sierra Smith and Sydney Mendoza.
