Ricky Darrol Williams Obituary Ricky Darrol Williams, aged 71, of Palacios, Texas, passed away on Saturday, March 15, 2025, in Victoria due to COPD. He was born on July 4, 1953, in Wellington, Texas, to the late James Clark Williams and Essie Jarrard Williams. On October 24, 2003, Ricky married Deborah Brune Williams in Edna, Texas. He dedicated 50 years of his career to pipeline welding and had a passion for NASCAR racing and baseball. Ricky is survived by his devoted wife, Deborah Williams; his sons, Ryan Weed and Darren Weed (Jessica); his brother, James C. Williams; and six grandchildren: Dyllon, Kylee, Hailee, Ivy, Cora, and Delilah. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Jeffrey Williams.
